(with Service Learning Component)

Brazil has one of the fastest growing economies in the world, currently ranked sixth in GDP globally. In recent years it has joined China, India and Russia as one of the leading emerging and influential markets in the global economy. This has spurred the development of a growing middle class, but broad socio-economic divides still remain in this diverse country. This excursion will help prepare you for international companies who are increasingly looking for graduates who understand the Brazilian market and are familiar with the culture of Latin America's largest country.
Participants spend 7 days volunteering in Salvador, Bahia with the international volunteer organization- Cross Cultural Solutions.
