CANCELLATION POLICY

• The $100 registration fee and the International travel insurance fee 
  ($8 per week or portion of week) are non-refundable.
• Airfare is non-refundable/non-transferable once we have purchased. For a fee, tickets can usually be used towards other travel with the airlines if done within a year of purchase if you contact the airline re: your change of plans.
• Balance 75% refundable until 60 days prior to departure date.
• CPCC course refunds are made according to CPCC regular policy.
