To apply for your program, please visit the website on the program page and follow the instructions for applications and deposits.
Once you have applied, your Program Leader will provide guidance on how to complete the following forms and submit your CPCC fees to the cashiers office.

Waiver, Release, Covenant Not to Sue, and Assumption of Risk Form
