To apply, fill out the following 2 forms and bring to Overcash 303 by the deadline published for the program. Once we receive application, you will bring your $100 non-refundable application fee to the cashiers office.
Once you have been accepted to a program, you will be required to complete all of the following documents. Global Learning and/or the Program Leader will provide you guidance in completing and submitting these forms.
Waiver, Release, Covenant Not to Sue, and Assumption of Risk Form
Agreement to Terms and Conditions
Health Insurance for Emergency
Health and Safety Completion Form
