* Application fee is non-refundable and due at the time of application.
** Final Payment amounts subject to change due to final airfare and program costs.

All Fees are payed to the CPCC cashier. Please complete the appropriate form and bring it with you to the cashier.

OTHER PRE-DEPARTURE PAYMENTS

Students must register for the corresponding CPCC course in the appropriate semester to ensure that you receive academic credits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The $100 registration fee is non-refundable once you have been accepted into program. Once tickets purchased, airfare is nonrefundable/nontransferable. You may be able to use it towards travel with the airlines within the next year less a fee. CPCC course refunds are according to CPCC regular policy.  Other funds may be refundable depending on time to program departure.
