Make a “global” impact during  International Alternative Spring Break!  Officially a territory of the United States, the island of Puerto Rico provides a unique cultural experience and volunteer opportunity.  CPCC students will  work at a local orphanage, assist in rebuilding communities affected by Hurricane Maria, and learn about the culture of Puerto Rico.  In just one week, you can change a life, whether your own or someone else’s.

How to Apply

Complete the on-line CPCC Study Abroad Application.

Complete the Cashier Payment Form and pay your $100 non-refundable application fee to the CPCC Cashier.

Follow the Payment Schedule and timeline for important dates before departure.

Program Fee Includes:

  • Round trip airfare
  • All accommodations (based on quad-occupancy, dormitory style housing)
  • All in-country transportation
  • Cultural activities and museum entrances
  • Most meals in country

What is NOT included:

  • Passport Fees
  • Registration for CCE course
  • Personal expenses such as gifts
