International Business in Japan

Accounting Division students actively pursuing a AAS degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Global Business, Human Resources, Marketing, and Supply Chain may apply for a $500 scholarship.

Japan is often recognized for its ancient traditions which flourish alongside technological innovation. Join us for a 10-day program based in Tokyo highlighting international business. Through walking tours of Tokyo, museum visits, cultural workshops, and a day trip to Yokohama, you will be immersed in Japanese culture and have the opportunity to experience how marketing and toursim play a part in economic development and the globalization of business.

All applicants must schedule an in-person interview with the faculty leader.


How to Apply

If you are a CPCC student:
1. Complete the on-line CPCC Study Abroad Application.

2. Fill out the Cashier Payment form and pay your $100 non-refundable CPCC application fee.

3. Email to schedule an in-person interview.

4. Follow the 2019 Program Payment Schedule and continue making payments toward your program. Use the Cashier Payment Form for each payment.

Program Fee Includes:

  • Round-trip airfare
  • All accommodations and ground transportation
  • Itinerary Activities (except for optional activities as per schedule)
  • Daily continental breakfasts; two traditional dinners
  • Historical and cultural walking tours; entrance to all venues included in itinerary
  • Daily excursion to Yokohama
  • Full time guide
  • study abroad travel insurance


Program Fee does NOT include:

  • Passport Fees - visit the State Department website for information
  • Required CPCC registration for course credit (3 hour curriculum course is approximately $350) or Corporate and Continuing Education course (CCE is approximately $85)
  • Daily lunches and some dinners
  • Personal Incidentals and gifts
