Lost Something?

Most items lost or found on the Central Campus are turned in at the Student Life Office (Overcash , Room 241, 704.330.6584) where an information file is maintained to help students locate lost items. Found items are held in storage for one semester, after which they are donated.

**Items not claimed by the end of the semester are donated to charity.

Coming soon - Lost & Found Moves to College Security

Beginning July 1, 2013 (with some transition over the summer months) Lost and Found at all CPCC campuses will be managed by College Security. Found items will be turned in by calling the Security Dispatch Center at 704.330.6632. College Security will send an officer to pick up the item, or found items may also be returned to the College Security office on each campus. Lost items will be stored by College Security for 30 days. Unclaimed items beyond that time frame will be disposed of according to North Carolina Law.

Beginning July 1, inquiries about lost items should first be directed toward the College Security office at the campus which the item was lost. Lost items will be available for identification and pick-up at the Facilities Services Building, Room 100 on Central Campus at 1325 East 7th Street, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
