The Student Government Association (SGA) at Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) meets on different days and times at each campus. Contact your Student Life Coordinator to find out what day and time SGA meets at your campus.


The Executive Committee meets every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. on Central Campus, in Overcash 242. Most meetings are open for you to attend.


    General Assembly is a monthly, open meeting where all campus SGA Councils, student organizations and other student groups meet to share information and news. General Assembly is the last Wednesday of each month at 12:30 p.m., Overcash 242, by video conference in Student Life on each campus, or by Google hangout.

    SGA hears funds requests from student organizations on a regular basis during the year. Funds Requests will be reviewed on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at 12:30 p.m. in the SGA office, Overcash 242 (Central Campus). If your student organization has a request to be reviewed, please make sure to read the "Requesting Funds from SGA" section of the EQUIP Handbook and complete a SGA Funds Request Form.

    • Deadlines for Funds Requests
      Student Organizations are asked to turn in any completed funds request to Student Life by 5 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month. Requests received after this point will be moved to the following meeting date. If you request is approved, funds will be transferred into your account within a week.
