Are you ready to grow as a student leader?

Becoming a good leader is a process - one that never ends.The Office of Student Life offers the following programs, events, and resources to help student leaders, both individually and as a group, develop their leadership skills.


Student Leadership Academy (SLA)

A not-for-credit course that offers students an engaging and interactive opportunity to explore the concepts, principles, and practices of effective and ethical leadership.

When: Meets weekly during fall semester (Emerging Leaders) and spring semester (L.E.A.D.)
Location: Central Campus

Leadership-2-Go

Monthly workshops for student leaders and members of student organizations. Workshops are held at Central Campus in Overcash, Room 220 at 2:00 PM.

Student Organization Round-tables

These discussions are geared specifically toward student organization officers. Round-tables provide student organization officers an opportunity to brainstorm and discuss how they can collaborate on fundraising events, activities on campus, or service learning opportunities.

When: First Wednesday of every month from 2 - 3 PM
