INFORMATION FOR SPONSORS/PRESENTERS:

Please see the guide for sponsors/exhibitors: CLICK HERE!

CLICK HERE to register as an exhibitor at the event.  (External AND Internal exhibitors!)

Don't want to have your own "career fair" type table or STEM exhibit?  You can still help with our event by sending your employees to register as a day-of volunteer, below.

INFORMATION FOR DAY-OF VOLUNTEERS:

We have a host of volunteer needs on the days of the event.  Some of those needs include:

Event Services:  Helping with behind-the-scenes event needs, including registration, catering setup/cleanup, helping exhibitors with load in/out, and other needs that do not focus on direct interaction with event attendees.
Traffic Director:   You will assist with loading and unloading the buses, directing traffic throughout the event, and answering attendee questions.
Mind Trekkers Demonstration Leader:  No STEM Experience necessary!  Lead your own hands-on demonstration for event attendees!  You will be given a lesson plan that has everything you need to know to successfully lead the demonstration.  ((note: these positions will be first filled by service-learning students.))

CLICK HERE to register as a day-of volunteer!
CPCC Programs who wish to host a table / exhibit at the event should fill out the exhibitor registration above, NOT the volunteer registration!
CPCC students who need Service-Learning credit must click here to register through the Service-Learning Department.
