CAN I COME IF MY SCHOOL DOESN'T REGISTER: For the 2018-2019 Passport to STEM event, we do not yet know if there will be opportunities for open public attendance.  If we are able to support an open-to-the-public evening session this year, we will update this information block.

Don't want to have your own "career fair" type table or STEM exhibit?  You can still help with our event!

INFORMATION FOR DAY-OF VOLUNTEERS:

We have a host of volunteer needs on the days of the event.  Some of those needs include:

Event Services:  Helping with behind-the-scenes event needs, including registration, catering setup/cleanup, helping exhibitors with load in/out, and other needs that do not focus on direct interaction with event attendees.
Traffic Director:   You will assist with loading and unloading the buses, directing traffic throughout the event, and answering attendee questions.
Mind Trekkers Demonstration Leader:  No STEM Experience necessary!  Lead your own hands-on demonstration for event attendees!  You will be given a lesson plan that has everything you need to know to successfully lead the demonstration.  ((note: these positions will be first filled by service-learning students.))

CLICK HERE to register as a day-of volunteer! <<open soon!>> Unless you are a CPCC student seeking service-learning hours: you should register through the Service-Learning Department: https://www.cpcc.edu/service-learning  (don't fill out this form!)
