Tekkotsu, Japanese for "iron bones" is commonly used when referencing the metal architectural framework of building.  The Tekkotsu software is written in C++ programming language along with some Java programming for the graphical user interfaces.  Some of the features Tekkotsu provides are visual processing, localization, forward and inverse kinematic solvers, real time motion control, and remote monitoring and teleoperation tools. Tekkotsu is free open source software that builds on several third party libraries.

This program is designed for students who are interested in robotics and programming and want to get involved in K-12 outreach opportunities.
