Sign Up Online

The following steps are required each semester:

1. Complete an online CPCC player information form. 
2. Attend the club's organizational meeting at the beginning of each semester.
3. Enroll in the Student Accident Insurance program ($1.60).  If you chose not to purchase when you registered for class, you can do so later at any College cashier.  Save and provide your receipt to the Athletic Coordinator.  
   NOTE: You may also purchase the Medical Hospitalization Group plan if you are enrolled in at least 3 credit hours!

Once you complete the steps listed above, you will be asked to complete the release/waiver form of the respective league(s) in which you'll be competing.
