Before registering, please read through the Eligibility & Participation information.

All players can register here! (**Students must re-register each term)

After registering, students will receive an email with additional information on meeting times/days and play.

  1. Students are required to attend the club's organizational meeting at the beginning of each semester.
  2. Students are also required to enroll in the Student Accident Insurance program.  If you chose not to purchase when you registered for class, you can do so later at any College cashier.  Save and provide your receipt to the Athletic Coordinator.  
    NOTE: You may also purchase the Medical Hospitalization Group plan if you are enrolled in at least 3 credit hours!
  3. Students are required to have read, understand and agree to abide by the Futsal Player Agreement.

 

Once you complete the steps listed above, you will be asked to complete the release/waiver form of the respective league(s) in which you'll be competing.
