Ms. Quincy Foil
Quincy, a native of the Charlotte region, brings a broad and successful business background in marketing, public relations and development to the CPCC Services Corporation. Most recently, she led Carolinas Concert Association, the oldest presenting arts organization in Charlotte, NC, as Executive Director. As an entrepreneur, she founded and served as President of The Arts Experience, a nonprofit organization, for which she won both national and state awards for its innovative approach to arts education. Quincy has a passion for philanthropy and has served on numerous boards, including the Cabarrus Community Foundation (an affiliate of Foundation for the Carolinas) and Child Care Resources. Currently, she serves as Chairman of the Nancye F. Markle Trust for Children in Charlotte. An advocate for persons living with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Quincy has shared her marketing and development experience throughout the years to help champion Hinds’ Feet Farm, a nonprofit organization founded by her family, which serves persons living with TBI. Quincy is a graduate of Peace and Meredith Colleges in Raleigh.
