What are the requirments for NC ACTS! Members?
NC-ACTS members must fulfill these expectations in order to be successful in the program and receive their educational award.
- Complete all Enrollment paperwork (Enrollment Checklist indicates all necessary forms) by the due date for entry into the program.
- Complete a time log signed by the member’s Site Supervisor by the 1st of the month for the previous month’s work.
- Complete at least one on-line reflection each semester on Elon University’s Blackboard website.
- Complete Member Evaluation following completion of service.
- Complete all Exit paperwork (Exit Checklist indicates all necessary forms) by the due date for exit from the program
All paperwork should be turned in to Andrea Chiz, Room 257, Overcash Building.
