EARTH SCIENCES
Introductory courses in Physical Geology and Historical Geology plus Physical Geography constitute the core of introductory courses in Earth Science. These courses are popular among liberal arts students seeking to fulfill a laboratory science requirement.
PHYSICS
The physics program offers introductory physics sequences at three levels. A four-term calculus-based sequence for engineering and physical science majors, a four-term non-calculus sequence for engineering technology associate programs and liberal arts, and a two-term applied physics sequence for diploma and associate programs in the department of industry.
