Statistical Analysis

Description:

This course is an introduction to descriptive and inferential statistics. Topics include sampling, distributions, plotting data, central tendency, dispersion, Central Limits Theorem, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, correlations, regressions, and multinomial experiments. Upon completion, students should be able to describe data and test inferences about population using sample data.

This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement general education core requirement in natural sciences/mathematics. This course in intended for all degree programs.
