Barry Wolfman

Barry Wolfman HeadshotBarry Wolfman has been a lifetime restaurateur. He has always appreciated the business for its camaraderie, fast pace, and variety of people encountered. Barry was involved in the oversight of his first from-the-ground-up restaurant in 1989.

Barry has been involved in all aspects of front of house operation and management. Though his entire restaurant career had been in upscale and fine dining, in the90’s he saw a niche to be filled in the Charlotte restaurant scene and opened the first of eight Wolfman Pizza establishments. In the mid 90’s, he also opened and built a federally inspected commissary kitchen to make pizzas for Harris Teeter to offer the product in several states.
