Through CPCC’s partnership with CharlotteLaw CharlotteLaw students, supervised by a licensed attorney, are available to assist you and your business.
The Small Business Center recognizes that many of its client’s employment law concerns for their businesses often involve employees and independent contractors. Through this innovative program CharlotteLaw has the expertise to assist Small Business Center clients to foster a productive work environment by providing sound advice relating to contracts for both employees and independent contractors.
To be considered for no cost legal assistance your business must meet the following criteria:
- Business revenues are less than $50,000 a year
- Business assets do not exceed $50,000
If you meet the above criteria, please submit an online. ATTENTION: When completing the form please be sure in Section IV: Nature of Assistance to check the box that indicates “other” and type CharlotteLaw as the description.
