Lori Day is an executive director of Corporate and Continuing Education and leads marketing projects for the college. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in journalism.

Renee Hode is the director of the Small Business Center. She also serves as a regional director for the N.C. Community College System Small Business Center Network. Renee is a graduate of Monmouth University with a major in business administration and a concentration in economics.

Penny Godfrey is a program developer for the Small Business Center. In addition to coordinating classes and seminars Penny serves as a sounding board for entrepreneurs and business owners as a counselor. She is a graduate of UNCC Belk College of Business in Business Management with emphasis on small business.
