Greenway Restaurant

Greenway_diningroom_webCPCC’s Greenway Restaurant opened February 2012 in the Philip L. Van Every Culinary Arts Center on our Central Campus. If you’re looking for more upscale fare, we encourage you to visit Greenway, where CPCC culinary students will prepare and serve you a three-course lunch that is both satisfying and flavorful. And while the venue’s hours of operation are limited to accommodate our culinary students’ academic schedules, you will not be disappointed with its quality or customer service.

The Charlotte Observer recently reviewed the Greenway Restaurant, see what they had to say about their experience.

For just $12 (plus tax payable by credit card or debit card only), you can enjoy our three-course contemporary lunch which includes a variety of selections sure to satisfy any palate. Reservations required.

BIG changes are underway at The Greenway
NEW FOR 2019, The Greenway Restaurant Presents......The Kings Drive Deli

Diners are in for a treat this February when the Garde Manger class, (in French means ‘cold kitchen’) prepares lunch this semester for the Greenway Restaurant.  The Garde Manger class focuses on brining, pickling, and smoking foods; creating salads & dressings; and preparing classical pates, terrines and sausages.

You can expect some iconic deli sandwiches which will be served with a variety of sides from which to choose.  The students will prepare breads, sauces, soups, salads, dressings and sides that will make you smile.  We will, of course, complete your lunch with a treat from the bakeshop.  Bon appetite!

Greenway is open for lunch on the dates listed below, with seating available at 11:30 a.m. and noon. Guests should expect to be in the dining room for a minimum of one hour.
