About CPCC Quality Assurance
Mission Statement
The mission for CPCC Quality Assurance is to ensure excellent learning, work and service experiences for our students, employees and community by maintaining standards of excellence through routine procedures for continuous improvement, measured effectiveness and recognition of excellent results.
With more than 1,000 faculty and staff serving over 70,000 students each
year on six campuses, the quality of our efforts and results depends on three premises:
- Everyone in the college is responsible for enhancing the quality of learning outcomes and service
- Everyone takes ownership of the standards and methodology for improvement
- Methods for ensuring quality are regularly reviewed for validity and reliability
The goal is to ensure that CPCC continues to be the best possible place for study, work and partnership.
