CPCC Career Fair

Career Services will host one of its largest career fairs, with more than 50 employers attending. Several of those employees are interested in meeting Basic Law Enforcement Training, Fire Protection Technology, and Criminal Justice Technology students to discuss career opportunities.  They include:

• Charlotte Fire Department
• City of Concord
• Asheville Police Department
• Raleigh Police Department
• The North Carolina Army National Guard

Students who are interested in attending are reminded that professional dress is required.  You should pre-register and send your resume to employers before the fair by using the Connections job posting website.  Be sure to bring your CPCC Student ID so you can skip the long lines and gain admission at the Student Entrance.

Career Services will also be hosting a Resume Marathon on Tuesday, February 15, from 10a.m.-3p.m. in CH 122. This is a great opportunity for students to bring their resumes in for a fast, professional critique.
