The PS Welfare Committee, of the College Senate, is the representative body for all Professional Staff and provides a communication link with CPCC administration. The committee consists of Professional Staff Senators and Professional Staff members.

PS members consist of over 130 Analyst, Specialist, Counselors, Advisors, limited Coordinators, Account Executive, Corporate Training Advisor, Information Systems Analyst III, Programmer Analyst III, and more. The committee meets monthly, brings concerns and/or issues to College Senate, and organizes events.

Our goal is to have PS representation from all areas of the college and every campus location to promote the welfare of the PS in areas relating to but not limited to working conditions, educational resources and PS grievances. Current issues include recycling, career ladders, educational advancement, PS networking opportunities, campus cleanliness and more.
