1.3 Receiving a P-Card

- Account Managers may recommend CPCC employees to be cardholders by contacting the CPCC P-Card Administrator in writing (e-mail is preferable).
- The CPCC P-Card Administrator will maintain all records of P-Card requests, limits, cardholder transfers and lost/stolen / destroyed P-Card information.
- The CPCC employee to whom a P-Card is issued is required to sign a Purchasing Card Employee Agreement indicating that the cardholder understands the procedures, rules and responsibilities of a cardholder.
