Required Training

Policy 4.29 - All new employees will complete the required training for all college employees within one year of their hiring date.

  • College Safety and Security (available online in LearnerWeb)
  • Discrimination and Harassment (available online in LearnerWeb)
  • Introduction to HR Services and EAP (available online in LearnerWeb)
  • Policies and Procedures Overview (only delivered face to face )
  • Service Excellence Standards  (only delivered face to face)
  • What to Do in Case of an Emergency (available online in LearnerWeb)

New Employees are required to attend Day I and Day II of New Employee Orientation.

Day I is scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month in the Hall Professional Development Building on Central Campus in HL-304. Orientation activities begin at 8 am and conclude at 4:30 pm. Lunch is provided.

Day II takes place on the last Tuesday of each month (with the exception of December) in the Hall Professional Development Building on Central Campus in HL-319. Activities begin at 1 pm and conclude at 4 pm.
