CPCC: The Evolution to a Learning College (Debbie Bouton)
Chris Anson is a professor of English and the Director of the College Writing and Speaking Program at North Carolina State University. He was one of the early advocates of using digital voice recorders to provide oral feedback on students' written essays and reports.
Ron Baker is the Deputy Executive Director of the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. Previously he was the chief academic officer at Cascadia Community College where he directed the development of its outcomes-based Learning Outcomes Project.
