Welcome to Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC). In order to help you get acquainted with the college and its services, the Center for Leadership and Staff Development hosts New Faculty/Staff Orientation at CPCC.

The first part is a day-long workshop scheduled for the first Tuesday of every month. At this workshop, you get the opportunity to learn about some fundamental services of the college that will help you do your job better. You also meet representatives from various college departments and programs while also participating in three required training sessions. Lunch is provided.

A few weeks later, New Employee Orientation Day 2, a half-day workshop, is held on the last Tuesday of every month. During this workshop, you will participate in two additional required training sessions. Everyone attends a workshop on LearnerWeb, our electronic training tracking system.

Note that New Faculty/Staff Orientation and the follow-up workshops are required training for all new CPCC employees. It is important to complete this training within the first month of your hire and no later than three months from your date of hire. Register in LearnerWeb
