Dimensions of Leadership

Dimensions of Leadership, a six-week leadership training program, is designed for employees who are interested in learning the fundamentals of leadership. It focuses on developing influence through the understanding of 360 degree leadership. This series of workshops is recommended for employees who are considering taking on additional responsibilities at the College but who may not be sure exactly where to begin.
Dimensions of Leadership is composed of six two-hour sessions covering the following topics:
- Identifying personal values
- Learning on the job
- Leading from the middle
- Learning from your mistakes
- Recognizing and motivating others
- Creating a personal leadership development plan
Enrollment is limited to 25 and is permitted only with your supervisor’s approval. Please complete the short application and submit to the Center for Leadership and Staff Development at Levine 3434 or send it electronically to Diann Back. View form.
Dimensions of Leadership meets weekly for six weeks. Materials for the program are provided by the Center for Leadership and Staff Development.
