Welcome to the Center for Leadership and Staff Development training at Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC). The need for leadership training has never been greater in the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) and across the country as hundreds of community college employees seek retirement within the next few years. In response, CPCC offers comprehensive leadership training for all employees of the College.
Dimensions of Leadership
Dimensions of Leadership, a nine-week leadership training program, is designed for employees who are interested in learning the fundamentals of leadership.
Leadership Institute
The College offers the Leadership Institute for first-level managers and supervisors and those who aspire to these positions.
President's Advanced Leadership Academy
The President’s Advanced Leadership Academy program is based on the leadership competencies that have been identified to help CPCC achieve its mission and vision.
Work-Centered Leadership Training
The Center for Leadership and Staff Development provides leadership training for all CPCC employees.
Director’s Connection Handbook
This learning administrative resource handbook houses many of the regulations and procedures that govern the day-to-day operations of instructional divisions. The Handbook is written for discipline chairs, program coordinators, and office assistants as well as for directors, and division directors.
