Welcome to leadership training at Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC). The need for leadership training has never been greater in the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) and across the country as hundreds of community college employees seek retirement within the next few years. In response, CPCC offers comprehensive leadership training for all employees of the College. They are encouraged to develop their leadership skills to their fullest through short seminars, online training, videos, conferences, and extended training opportunities in the Leadership Institute and the President’s Advanced Leadership Academy. As part of CPCC’s commitment to being a Learning College and leader in workforce development, the College has based its leadership development opportunities on competencies that have been identified to help CPCC achieve its mission and vision.
