Leading and Learning
Welcome to the Center for Leadership and Staff Development training at Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC). The need for leadership training has never been greater in the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) and across the country as hundreds of community college employees seek retirement within the next few years. In response, CPCC offers comprehensive leadership training for all employees of the College.
Dimensions of Leadership, a nine-week leadership training program, is designed for employees who are interested in learning the fundamentals of leadership.
The College offers the Leadership Institute for first-level managers and supervisors and those who aspire to these positions.
The President’s Advanced Leadership Academy program is based on the leadership competencies that have been identified to help CPCC achieve its mission and vision.
The Center for Leadership and Staff Development provides leadership training for all CPCC employees.
