The Doctoral Research Group is comprised of CPCC employees who are currently enrolled in doctoral programs.   Dr. Zeiss, President of CPCC, sponsors a meeting twice a year where participants update the group on their progress and share any barriers that they may have encountered.  The purpose of this informal group is to share resources and provide support to employees balancing the demands of full-time work and the rigors of doctoral work.   Participants have formed editing partners, shared research materials, provided research contacts, and shared insights from dissertation defenses.
