BRAVO Cup Award - recognizes CPCC faculty and staff who have demonstrated outstanding customer service.

College Fellows Program - enhances learning by providing carefully selected full-time faculty and professional staff with opportunities to pursue both pure and applied research with a clear benefit to the college.

Employee Recognition Award - honors long service and commends exemplary performance of professional and occupational duties.

Entrepreneur of the Year Award- provides recognition for identifying and implementing entrepreneurial activities at the College. 

"Eyes on You" Learning Award- identifies employees who expand and enhance learning and who demonstrate that their efforts make a difference.

Innovation of the Year Award- presented by the League for Innovation, recognizes a significant innovation designed and implemented by College faculty/staff. The Employee Recognition committee selects one nomination which is forwarded to college administration for approval, then to the League for Innovation for the national competition.

Service Award- recognizes the number of years of full-time employment at CPCC.

Spirit Catcher Award- recognizes employees who exemplify CPCC Spirit.

Spirit of Excellence Award- recognizes employees for outstanding customer service, best practices and unique contribution to the Executive Vice President Unit.

Larry M. Harding Educator/Community Service Award– recognizes a CPCC employee who best exemplifies excellence as an educator and who has also rendered outstanding service to the community.

O’Herron Fellow Award- recognizes and promotes excellence in teaching.

Parr Fellows Award- recognizes outstanding teaching in the College Transfer program.

Teaching Excellence Award- recognizes exceptional teaching, service to students, commitment to professional growth, and service to the College and community.
