| Description |
The Pathways to Employment Hospital Unit Coordinator program is a fourteen week course of study which incorporates three integrated components-human resources (employability and life skills), basic skills (reading, math, and communications skills), and the job skills necessary for working as a hospital unit coordinator. |

| Program Content |
This program integrates instruction in the areas of: basic skills for hospital unit coordinating (reading, communications, & math), employability and life skills, medical keyboarding, medical terminology, unit coordinating, and windows.

A High School diploma is recommended but not required. CPCC placement tests are required in Reading and English; scores are suggested to be at 10.0 grade level. |
