Description

The A/C, Heating, and Refrigeration Technology curriculum provides the basic knowledge to develop skills necessary to work with residential and light commercial systems.

Employment Opportunities Businesses partnering  in the Pathways to Employment program have agreed to give consideration for employment to participants who complete the A/C & Heating Specialist Program.
Program Content This program integrates instruction in the areas of: basic skills for heating, air conditioning & refrigeration (reading, communications, & math), employability and life skills.
  • GED 6001 Basic Skills
  • AHR 110 Intro to Refrigeration
  • AHR 133 HVAC Servicing
  • HRD 7001 Job Readiness
Requirements / Prerequisits A High School diploma is recommended but not required. 10.0 reading level is required.
Cost Tuition = $ 168.00 + books and supplies.
Length 16 weeks
