DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative curriculum provides the basic knowledge to develop skills necessary to work as an entry-level Customer Service Representative in a variety of settings.
Employment OpportunitiesBusinesses partnering in the Pathways to Employment program have agreed to give consideration for employment to participants who complete the Customer Service Representative Program.
Program ContentThis program integrates instruction in the areas of: basic skills for Customer Service Representative, reading, communications, & math, employability and life skills.
