The Pathways to Employment Office Information Systems Specialist /Receptionist program is a fourteen week course of study which incorporates three integrated components-human resources (employability and life skills), basic skills (reading, math, and communications skills), and the job skills necessary for working as an office assistant/receptionist. |

This program integrates instruction in the areas of: basic skills for Office Information Systems Specialist/Receptionist (reading, communications, & math), employability and life skills, keyboarding, receptionist skills, word processing, data base, and windows.

A High School diploma is recommended but not required. CPCC placement tests are required in Reading and English; scores are suggested to be at 10.0 grade level. |
