Checking out AV Equipment and CPCC Library Services

Equipment Checkout - Laptops and AV equipment can be checked out for 2 weeks, and every library has data projectors, digital cameras, digital video cameras and more equipment are available. Click the Equipment Checkout ink to submit a request.
Use this form to reserve equipment at any CPCC campus. Advance notice at campus libraries is recommended. Because of heavy demand, delivery of equipment cannot be guaranteed without 24-hour advance notice. To ensure delivery, please schedule with this in mind.

***Once an online equipment request is submitted, the library will notify you via campus email if that is confirmed or if the library is unable to confirm your request.  You will need to pick up your equipment at the library and return it after using it (except for TV combos at Central campus—that will be delivered and retrieved by the library).

***However, the campus libraries often have problems with part time instructors who are not listed in the staff directory, or who do not use their CPCC emails.  The library will have to be able to verify employment with CPCC before checking out equipment of any kind.  If faculty are not officially in our staff directory, they may need to make arrangements with the department to have someone there to check out the equipment for them and be responsible for the return of it.  Otherwise, faculty will encounter difficulties in checking out equipment
