A new law allows paralegals to become Certified Paralegals after demonstrating the achievement of a required level of education, experience and knowledge.

The North Carolina State Bar deems graduation from an ABA-approved program to be satifaction of the educational requirements to become a North Carolina Certified Paralegal.
