Holistic Health - Feel Better, Look Better!
This class will teach students how to give the body what it needs to keep itself disease and symptom-free by teaching simple, practical tools to help students quickly and easily integrate healthier habits into their daily lives. This 12 week course covers topics from nutrition to sleep to exercise and fitness, and will help students create a personalized path to greater well being.
The objective of this course is to help students understand the holistic approach to preventing and healing disease and how they can quickly begin making better day-to-day choices that can offer huge health benefits. Upon completion of this course, the student will have foundational knowledge and some practical guidelines and tools to help him or her easily make healthier decisions every day.
What We Will Cover:
- “Non-foods” to avoid, e.g., sugar, artificial ingredients
- Mind-Body connection
- Sleep (importance and tips for better rest)
- Dietary theories and “super foods”
- Environmental toxins
- Life balance
The cost of this course is $120 (not including fees and textbook).
