There is a Cardiovascular Technology Information Session scheduled for Tuesday, July 31, 2012 beginning at 5:30 PM in HE 4514 on CPCC's Central Campus. The Cardiovascular Technology Program at CPCC is nationally accredited through The Council on Accreditation of Allied Health Educational Programs (CAAHEP) in both the Invasive and Noninvasive cardiology concentrations.
The Board of Directors of CAAHEP as well as the Joint Review Committee on Cardiovascular Technology (JRC-CVT) recognized the programs "substantial compliance" with the nationally established accreditation standards set by CAAHEP, the American College of Cardiology, the Society of Invasive Cardiovascular Professionals, the American College of Radiology the American Society of Echocardiography and the Society of Vascular Ultrasound.
This very high accomplishment demonstrates the commitment to excellence by the faculty, administration and the clinical sites, and we hope to become actively involved in shaping your career!
