You’re invited to the 2014 Global Competitiveness Summit and Advanced Manufacturing Awards

WHAT: CPCC, together with the Charlotte Business Journal, is pleased to host the 2014 Global Competitiveness Summit and Advanced Manufacturing Awards, a special event and awards program, at its Harris Conference Center on March 12.

During the event, Charlotte region stakeholders will gather to recognize achievements in advanced manufacturing and develop strategies and partnerships that will allow the region to achieve a global vision that includes growing a robust and resilient advanced manufacturing economy, workforce pipeline and transportation infrastructure.

Scheduled speakers include:

  • North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory
  • Charlotte Mayor Patrick Cannon
  • Eric Spiegel, CEO and president, Siemens USA
  • Jeff Heller, vice president of intermodal and automotive marketing, Norfolk Southern Corporation
