For the children’s show, “James and the Giant Peach,” tickets are $12 for adults, and $8 for kids. In addition, parking is free for all shows.

Join us during this extraordinary 44th production season by attending one – or more – of the following 2017 summer performances:

“Fiddler on the Roof,” June 2 - 10, Dale F. Halton Theater

Winner of nine Tony Awards, “Fiddler on the Roof” has touched audiences worldwide with its humor, warmth and honesty, for decades. Rich in historical and ethnic detail, “Fiddler on the Roof's” universal theme of tradition cuts across barriers of race, class, nationality and religion, leaving audiences crying tears of laughter, joy and sadness. With iconic and beloved songs such as "Sunrise, Sunset," "If I Were a Rich Man" and "Matchmaker, Matchmaker," “Fiddler on the Roof” is the perfect mix of audience-pleasing humor and heart.

“A Chorus Line,” June 16 - 24, Dale F. Halton Theater

“A Chorus Line” is a celebration of those unsung heroes of the American Musical Theatre: the chorus dancers. But it’s also about competition. We all compete, no matter what business we’re in – whether it’s for a promotion, attention, approval and love. “A Chorus Line” departs from the usual glossy backstage musical by presenting a true picture of what it’s like to be in the theatre. It’s glamorous at times, but also tough, heartbreaking and sometimes even tragic.

“A Comedy of Tenors,” June 30 – July 9, Pease Auditorium

One hotel suite, four tenors, two wives, three girlfriends, and a soccer stadium filled with screaming fans. What could possibly go wrong? It's 1930s Paris and the stage is set for the concert of the century—as long as producer Henry Saunders can keep Italian superstar Tito Merelli and his hot-blooded wife Maria from causing runaway chaos. Prepare for an uproarious ride, full of mistaken identities, bedroom hijinks and madcap delight.

Mamma Mia!,” July 14 - 22, Dale F. Halton Theater

Fresh from the Broadway stage, CPCC Summer Theatre is excited to present the local premiere of ABBA's Tony Award winning musical “Mamma Mia!” Using the hit songs of ABBA, “Mamma Mia!” tells the hilarious story of a mother, daughter, three possible dads and a trip down the aisle audiences will never forget! The story-telling magic of ABBA's timeless songs propels this enchanting tale of love, laughter and friendship, creating an unforgettable show.

Children’s Show: “James and the Giant Peach,” June 28 – July 8, Dale F. Halton Theater

Roald Dahl's “James and the Giant Peach” is a fantastical tale of an orphaned boy, his insect friends and their amazing journey across the ocean on a giant peach. Featuring a wickedly tuneful score, Roald Dahl's “James and the Giant Peach” is a delightfully offbeat adaptation of the classic Roald Dahl adventure. Filled with conniving aunts, magic potions, human-sized insects and a tremendous peach, audiences go along with James as he uses his quick wit and creative thinking to create a new family for himself in the face of hunger, seagulls, sharks and the Empire State Building.

Individual and season tickets are now on sale to all performances. For more information, ticket prices or to reserve your seat(s), please call CPCC’s SunTrust Box Office at 704.330.6534 or visit tix.cpcc.edu. There is 7.25% sales tax. This will be collected on top of the ticket price.
