Health IT Information Session June 13

CPCC’s Health Information Technology curriculum program prepares individuals with the knowledge and skills to process, analyze, abstract, compile, maintain, manage, and report health information.

Learn how this program can help you advance your health care career by attending our upcoming Information session on Wednesday, June 13 at 6 p.m. in the Health Careers Building, Room 4510, located on CPCC’s Central Campus at 1335 Elizabeth Ave., Charlotte.

Graduates of our Health IT program receive an Associate in Applied Science degree and are eligible to sit for the national certification examination to become a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT). RHITs work in supervisory and technical positions throughout health care—analyzing and managing health information.

The CPCC Health IT program is offered entirely online (with the exception of Professional Practice Experience courses) and is fully accredited by CAHIIM - Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education.
