Communities in Colleges, CPCC making positive impact

last modified Oct 15, 2012 01:02 PM

The mission of the Communities In Colleges (CIC) Program is to provide former Communities In Schools (CIS) students and other interested students attending Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) the support they need to successfully transition to CPCC and holistically develop them to excel in college and in life. Once students apply and become members of the Communities in Colleges program, they are connected with CPCC staff, resources, and community agencies who can help with anything from tutoring to financial aid to internship opportunities.
