The following helpful tips will make registration a SNAP!

| Symptom | Possible Resolution |
| The 4-digit Phone Code listed in the printed schedule does not work. | Use the new 5-digit Phone Code by adding a zero to the beginning of the 4-digit code, eg, instead of using '2314', use '02314'. -OR- Use the phone codes from the Online Registration application. |

| Symptom | Possible Resolution |
| I placed a class in my shopping cart, and I see it listed under "Preferred Sections", but I am not registered for it. | Check if the class is listed under “Current Registrations”. If it is not, then in the same screen, select and submit an “Action” to register the “Preferred Sections.” |
