College Credit for Military Experience

College Credit for Military Experience (CCME)

Allows military veterans who have trained in specific Military Occupational Specialties and Air Force Specialty Codes, or have learned and performed selected job skills, to participate in specialized fast-track training programs that will prepare them to enter high skilled careers.

Program Benefits:

●     Awarding of credit hours, where applicable, for military and college credit that has already been earned

●     Effective and expeditious transition from military training to civilian employment

Applicant Requirements:

Must be a military veteran or currently serving in the armed forces (Active Duty, National Guard or Reserve).

Get started today!

  1. Complete a Central Piedmont Community College Application
  2. Complete an eligibility application (appointment will be scheduled)
  3. Bring a copy of your form DD214 and Joint Services (JST) or Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) transcript, as well as transcripts from colleges that were previously attended to your appointment.
