CPCC's Single Stop goal is to change this landscape and make sure that all veterans and their families, regardless of service and discharge status, have access to the resources, support, jobs, and education they need to succeed in civilian life.

NCServes Metrolina is North Carolina's first coordinated network of public, private, and non-profit organizations working together to serve veterans, transitioning service-members, and their families.

Transitioning from military to civilian life can be challenging. Operation: GoodJobs assists military and veteran families with job training and placement services by providing plans tailored to the individual to help participants succeed in achieving job placement, retention and long-term financial stability.

Veterans Bridge Home

Veterans Bridge Home helps Charlotte-area Veterans successfully transition home after military service by identifying their education, employment and healthcare needs and connecting them to available community, state and federal resources.

The Veterans Health Administration is America's largest integrated health care system with over 1,700 sites of care, serving 8.76 Veterans each year. If you served in the active military, naval or air service and are separated under any condition other than dishonorable, you may qualify for VA health care benefits.

The Charlotte Health Care Center is a brand-new facility with state-of-the-art amenities that provides primary care and specialty services for Veterans in the Charlotte - Mecklenburg region with specialty care referrals on site or to the Salisbury VA Medical Center.

Mecklenburg County Community Support Services, Veterans Services Division is dedicated to serving veterans and their families.
