The Cytotechnology program is a competitive 11 month post baccalaureate certificate program which admits 6 students and 2 alternates each year. Students are ranked according to their Cytotechnology application scores.

Admission Requirements: (Fall 2019 deadline is April 26, 2019)

In order to be admitted into the Cytotechnology program at CPCC, students must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree that includes:

o    20 semester hours in Biology
o     8 semester hours in Chemistry
o     3 semester hours in Mathematics

Steps to Apply

1. The applicant must first complete the CPCC college admission application and designate the program holding code A55280Y as the program of interest.

2. The student must also complete the requirements for admission to the Cytotechnology program
