Don't know where to begin? Another useful tool are the research guides. CPCC librarians developed these to assist you when beginning your research. For every curriculum or degree program, there is a subject guide at http://researchguides.cpcc.edu/. Each one is organized the same way, with some suggested books, periodicals and journals, electronic databases, and websites, all focused on a particular topic and related to that subject. The subject guides are useful when you know what subject you're researching, but you just don't know where to start searching. It's all right there at your fingertips!
