Leadership Opportunities
CPLEADS
CP Leads is a 35-hour program for CPCC's newest supervisors. It includes leadership and interpersonal skills and essential administrative responsibilities.
PRESIDENT’S LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
The President's Leadership Seminar features outstanding trainers and community college leaders from across the nation. It enables the participants to broaden their understanding of the mission and operation of community colleges and increase their knowledge and skills as the College continues to grow into a large, multi-campus organization. Approximately 25 members of CPCC's faculty and staff, upon recommendation of their supervisors, are invited to participate each year.
